DBS is headed by its founder, Cynthia Dalu - Mortero, who is the President and CEO. Cynthia has over 20 years of experience in the computer industry. She has been involved in various IT projects covering applications in different sectors: from academic, government, banking, to retail and commercial applications.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from the University of the Philippines and a Master's in Math degree major in Computer Science, from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.

In 2002, Cynthia founded DBS to help small business owners leverage technology to improve their bottom line.
