Tech Support on Stand By
Tech Support on Demand
24x 7 Support
24x7 Support service includes the addressing
of any common errors or questions. At this
service level, our technical support representatives
can answer standard questions and address
basic complaints. We provide our customers
with unlimited telephone support 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week. With remote dial-up,
our application specialists can communicate
directly with a customer's system to resolve
issues quickly.

Tech Support on Demand
The more advanced TechSupport OnDemand
service level also includes helpful assistance
in the resolution of database problems.
TechSupport OnDemand costs $80 per hour.
Tech Support on Standby
In addition to that above listed services,
TechSupport OnStandby includes support for
absolutely any problem or question you might
have. You purchase TechSupport OnStandby
as a package. For $500 we provide you with
up to seven hours of technical support at
this level per month. Every hour beyond
your initial seven hours is $75. With this
plan, we will conduct a monthly review of
the database performance and we will tune
the database to ensure optimum performance.
